... & it's still not raining in Vancouver ...!

Saturday 12th June - Sparkling Alice & Wolf Girl spent a fab day with Christine Kilpatrick of On Location Tours Vancouver, being shown around numerous filming locations from the New Moon & Eclipse movies ...

After visiting the Cullen house, we moved on to Capilano Park, where most of the forest shots were filmed ... including the 'break-up' scene; Bella wandering through the forest; Victoria being chased by the wolfpack; & the confrontation between Edward, Bella & Jacob at the end of the movie ...

This park was also used for filming the pilot episode of another of our favourites ... The Vampire Diaries! Vancouver clearly gets all the fun!!

Later we moved onto the swimming pool at Central Park, Burnaby, where the underwater scenes in New Moon were filmed; a dry dock location on the Fraser River used for by the newborns in Eclipse; the street outside One-Eyed Pete's bar; the movie theatre where 'Face Punch' was showing; & Jacob's house at 1381 Gilley's Trail ... unfortunately we couldn't see the Rabbit, so Jacob must have been out ...
